«Dance Oasis» est un atelier d’expression et de conscience corporelle transdisciplinaire

Au fil des séances seront proposées des pratiques créatives (danse/voix/écriture/dessin), explorant le contact à soi ainsi que l’expérience du partage en groupe.
L’atelier est conçu comme un espace d’ancrage physique, émotionnel et mental. Il rendra possible l’exploration du rêve conscient, lieu du sensible et de l’inattendu.
La danse sera l’invariable de cet atelier, moment d’ivresse rituel où se déploie le potentiel et la joie.
Ce nouveau projet sera encadré par Aurèle His Belliard, art-thérapeute et artiste transdisciplinaire habité par la question de l’humain et du soin.


Chaque Jeudi soir de 20h à 21h30/22h, à partir du 14 Septembre

"Dance Oasis is a transdisciplinary workshop in self-expression and body awareness open to all.
Over the course of the sessions, individual and collective creative practices (dance/voice/writing/drawing) will be offered, exploring contact with oneself as well as the experience of sharing in a group.
The workshop is designed to provide a physical, emotional and mental anchorage. It will make it possible to explore the conscious dream, a place of the sensitive and the unexpected.
Dance will be the invariable feature of this workshop, a moment of ritual inebriation where potential and joy unfold.
This new project will be led by Aurèle His Belliard, an art therapist and cross-disciplinary artist with a passion for the human condition and care.

The workshop will take place every Thursday evening from 8pm to 9.30pm/22pm at the Piano Fabriek.
Registration for the quarter is 150€ ( 12 sessions )
