Phung Bao Ngoc was born in 1991 in Vietnam. She began
playing the piano at the age of 11 and, after a year, joined the
Ho Chi Minh Conservatory of Music, studying under
Professor Ngo Thi Ngoc Lan for 12 years. During this
period, she received various scholarships, including the
Toyota Scholarship and Kumho Scholarship.
Ngoc was a member of the Saigon Classical Music Group, organizing
concerts to introduce classical music to young Vietnamese audiences.
In 2015, she pursued a Bachelor's and later a Master's
in specialized piano at the Royal Conservatory of Liege
under Professor François Thiry.
Concurrently, she attended chamber
music classes with Professor François Deppe.
In 2023, Ngoc completed her Master's in piano accompaniment
under the guidance of Professor Philippe Riga.
She now works as a piano
teacher, and gives concerts that include
both solo and chamber music performances.
